The Journal (Entry 5) Videography

We're probably all sick and tired of the "new directions" this blog has taken over all the years, before I realised that the so-called changes I made was a way for me to fool myself into thinking I've taken the hard steps to innovate the formula I've been trudging along with for years now.

I've held off on doing video reviews due to the sheer amount of work it involves, or so I thought. Those who've been following my ever-growing YouTube Channel will know that I've actually been having some great success with it, more so than I've ever had with the blog.

It's for this reason that I decided to completely move away from written reviews (and pretty much any kind of article) and instead focus on the area I'm most experienced in: Videography.

This blog will still be up and serve as a way of making announcements regarding the events of the channel, as a hub for news and community. (Let's face it: YouTube is a bad place to socialise.)

We'll be having our first video review up very soon, starting with BioShock Infinite, the most life-changing moment in my life as a young adult, where I went from one system of beliefs to another one entirely. It's for that reason that I've decided to kick off our new venture using said review as a starting point.

Stay tuned folks. I know I've said that a thousand times, but it's time for a new direction. I'm confident it will be a good one.
