Blog Journal Volume 33: Truth of Sticks

South Park The Stick of Truth: Let's just say I didn't have a good time doing this game, but oh well. It's done now and it will be up this Wednesday. I don't think I'm reviewing a graphic game like this again, though...

Infamous Second Son: Next up on the list of March games is the third Infamous game, which will be a Content Rundown. Looking forward to it!

The Swapper: This game scares me with it's brain-defying puzzles. I've only got two puzzles left to solve to finish the game.

Just two. Yep. Two of 'em. And they're mind-bendingly difficult. Yep. And I've yet to finish the game. Yep.

Batman Arkham City ReMix Review: Strangely enough, I'm just not in the mood to play to video games these days. When I do, this game is going to be first thing I'll finish.

Kyle van Rensburg: Pardon my somewhat muted tone. I've just been very outside of the blog with my film script, work and the like. It's been a pretty stressful month for some reason, but I'm working through it and hope to give you guys some killer Reviews/Content Rundowns!

Oh, and I'm thinking of shutting down the KVR Gaming Facebook page. There's just nothing going on there, and I don't have an idea what to post to make it unique. I think I'll stick to Twitter and these posts for updates on the blog.

(Facebook is overrated!)

Blog Journal Volume 32: Grounded!

Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes: Thankfully this one is short, so I pretty much finished the bulk of the Content Rundown in one day. This will be the featured "review" on Wednesday.

South Park The Stick of Truth: Yeah, so this one's really vulgar and it might make for some uncomfortable reading, but I'll have the Content Rundown on hand, in case I don't have anything else to post.

Infamous Second Son: Haven't started with the Content Rundown yet, but I'll do so soon. Really looking forward to it!

Batman Arkham City ReMix Review: After the Content Rundowns of recent games are up, I'll turn my attention to The Dark Knight's video game masterpiece. Coming soon!

Blog Journal Volume 31: Power Outages can be fun!

Okay, so bad news first: This week will not have a review. You know why? Because I live in South Africa and power outages happen way too often, so I couldn't get around to starting a review on time.

The good news is that I have plenty of time to finish up the ones I'm starting now. Which ones did I start?

South Park The Stick of Truth: Haven't even started watching it yet, but I have a feeling this one might have a rather *long* Areas of Concern.

Batman Arkham City ReMix Review: Yes, I'm finally getting around to it. Coming soon!

Titanfall: I'll do a Content Rundown of this game after the previous two have been finished.

Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes: This is also on the list. Content Rundown inbound!

Blog Journal Volume 30: Such Games. Much Review. Wow.

And with that internet meme reference out of the way, I give you the post. *takes a bow*

The Walking Dead Season Two: The sophomore season is already shaping up to be one heck of a thrilling ride. While it's not the tear-duct vacuum that the first season was (yet), Season Two delivers the thrills and already fixed the one big flaw from the first season; the lack of a clear antagonist.

I don't know about you, but I'm pretty excited to see where this season leads!

Half-Life 2: My review of this modern masterpiece will be initiated soon. Start your engines! Oh and I guess I have to say something about Half-Life 3. I don't know why exactly, but I did. So yeah. That. Yep.

Bully: This one's gonna take a while. My PC and this game are fighting like a rich meal and my stomach. (Yes, I said that. On this blog. Come at me, bro!) So while it may be an interesting game to review, it won't be featured on KVR Gaming anytime soon.

Batman Arkham City: ReMix Review inbound! I'm looking forward to playing through this game and reviewing it. It was a memorable experience from YouTube videos, so I'm pretty sure it's going to be much better when you actually play it. :)

South Park The Stick of Truth: Yeah, so I'm gonna have to review this game. Or at least do a Content Rundown of it. I'm not looking forward to it, but it has to be done.

(Before anyone asks, I'm more concerned about how people are going to react to my verdict than the game's actual content. I know it's trying to it's best to offend everyone with an opinion, and that's fine. Yes, I said that's fine. Yes. Yep. Ditto.)

*mic drop*

Blog Journal Volume 29: If it ain't Broke...

...Don't fix it. The blog is going back to it's old schedule, updates on Mondays and Reviews/Content Rundowns on Wednesdays.

Sorry people! Just tried to change something which didn't need changing. But anyways, you got a lot to look forward to, starting with the newest Thief game...

Thief: This should be an interesting one. The content is a bit of a problem and should really offend some of my more conservative readers. Yet, it's also very brief and surprisingly easy to avoid at times.

There are some parts where nudity is inevitable, but it's so brief that it's hard to be phased by it. Whatever the case, you'll have an official verdict this Wednesday.

The Walking Dead Season 2: Finally! The next episode is being released. Review inbound...

The Swapper: This game scares me. And that's a good thing. There will be a review of this brain-melting game as soon as I finish it.
